I became an orthodontist because it is one of those unique fields that is both an art and science, requiring the skill of an engineer and the eyes and hands of an artist. Throughout my education, I excelled at math and science but had an aptitude for art. Becoming an orthodontist has been the perfect fit--not only do the more complex orthodontic problems challenge me, but the end result is a beautiful smile!
